LikeApp is a free online tool platform accessible to everyone. No signup or login is required — all you need is a web browser. We build tools that help people complete everyday digital tasks as simply and quickly as possible.

All tools run directly in your browser. Image conversion, text processing, calculations, and most other tasks are processed locally without sending data to any server, so your data stays on your device. Our service is designed with privacy as the top priority.

LikeApp is developed and operated in South Korea, and supports both Korean and English. Anyone around the world can access and use all of our tools freely.

Our Mission

Our mission is to make everyday digital tasks simple and free for everyone. We believe that simple tasks like counting characters, generating QR codes, resizing images, or converting units should not require installing complex software or subscribing to paid services.

There are many similar tools on the internet, but most of them compromise user experience with excessive ads, forced sign-ups, or unnecessary data collection. LikeApp was created to solve these problems. Our goal is to provide tools that are clean, fast, and respect user privacy.

We believe good tools should be easy to use and accessible to everyone. Whether you have no technical background or you are an IT professional, our services are designed to be equally convenient for all users.

  • Privacy First: All data processing is performed locally in your browser. Images, text, files, and any data you input are never sent to a server. Settings stored in local storage can be deleted by the user at any time.

Technology

LikeApp is built using modern web technologies. The frontend is built on Next.js and React, written in TypeScript for enhanced code stability and maintainability. Tailwind CSS is used for styling to maintain a consistent design system.

The service is deployed on Cloudflare, providing fast response times from anywhere in the world. By leveraging Cloudflare's global CDN network, content is served from the server closest to the user.

The core design principle is client-side processing. All computations including image processing, text transformation, and file encoding are performed directly in the user's browser. This reduces server load while ensuring that user data never leaves their device. We actively utilize modern browser APIs such as Web Workers, Canvas API, and File API to achieve desktop-application-level performance on the web.

For search engine optimization (SEO), we use a combination of server-side rendering and static generation, along with structured data and multilingual metadata to ensure search engines can properly index our content.
